DOA criteria:
• The end user of the product must be within seven (7) days return after purchase.
• The product does not meet the specifications of the product description.
• The defective item must be in the original Sony packaging.
• The serial number and IMEI number of the phone should match the serial number and IMEI number on the box.
• The packaging content and the device must be in new condition.
• The package is quite complete, that is to be sent with all standard accessories and manuals.
• The product must be redirected within fourteen (14) days to a High Volume Centre by the dealer.
• The claim must be provided with a receipt showing the date of purchase and the serial number and type of device.
• If the purchase was not made yet the call time shall not exceed 12 minutes.
